As consumers, we use our cell phone to fast forward through boring or unpleasant situations to get to the good stuff. I'm building a platform that lets smaller organizations join in the mobile conversation.
Brian Hayashi is CEO of ConnectMe 360, which provides the world's first wireless concierge service that enables employees to answer literally any question – from directions to product information to suggestions for dinner and virtually any question about their local area – and deliver an answer, in moments.
Prior to ConnectMe 360, Brian was the founder and CEO of Mallfinder Network, the leading provider of web solutions to the shopping center industry. He developed and managed over 200 mall e-commerce programs for The Rouse Company, Jones Lang LaSalle, Taubman Company, Urban Retail Properties, and non-traditional retail developments like Philadelphia Airport.
Brian was a director for TCI Technology Ventures, the venture capital arm of the world's largest cable operator, where he worked with companies like HBO, Home Shopping Network and @Home to develop programs for hotels, interactive TV and cable modem.
Brian's work with media and consumer brands includes Unilever, Coca-Cola USA, Outside Magazine, and MacGuide Magazine. In 1989, Brian co-wrote the first search engine which let people search Macintosh products, and after reading the review, linked them to fully-functional demonstration versions.
ConnectMe 360 is privately held.
